Terms of Service

1. About this website

Fantasy-Gaming Giveaway (the "Service", available at fantasygaminggiveaway.com) is a community platform where members can host and enter giveaways for PC games, Steam keys, and other gaming-related prizes. The Service is operated as a free community project and is not a store, marketplace, or gambling platform. We are an independent project and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, Steam, or any game publisher.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Steam in your country) and have a valid Steam account in good standing to use the Service. You sign in using Steam, and you are responsible for the security of your Steam account and for the accuracy of any information you submit (such as email address for notifications).

4. Giveaways

Giveaways are created and hosted by community members ("Creators"). Fantasy-Gaming Giveaway provides the platform but does not own, sell, or guarantee any prize. We do not guarantee the validity, legality, region availability, or delivery of any key, gift, or other prize. Creators are solely responsible for honouring their giveaways and for the legitimacy of the keys or items they distribute.

Entries are free. Creators may set entry requirements such as joining a Steam group, minimum XP level, or region restrictions. Winners are drawn automatically once a giveaway ends. Giveaways may be for a Steam key or a Steam gift; the type is shown on the giveaway page.

5. XP, levels and achievements

The Service uses an experience (XP) and level system to reward activity. You earn XP by entering giveaways, posting comments, and visiting daily. Your XP total and level badge are publicly visible on your profile.

Some giveaways may require a minimum level to enter. Creators set this requirement when creating a giveaway. Achievements (badges for giveaways created, joined, daily login streak, and comments) are also visible on your public profile.

XP is adjusted if activity is removed. For example, deleting a comment removes the XP awarded for that comment.

6. Comments

You may post one comment per giveaway. Comments are public and visible to all visitors. You are responsible for the content you post. Comments must not contain spam, harassment, hate speech, or promotional content.

You can delete your own comments at any time. Deleting a comment also removes the associated XP event. We reserve the right to remove comments that violate these terms or are otherwise inappropriate.

6a. Messaging

Giveaway creators and winners can contact the developer team using the "Message developer" button on a giveaway page (for example, to report a problem with a key or ask about a draw). These messages are private but are stored and reviewed by the developer team.

Creators and the winners of their giveaway can also message each other directly on the site, so a key or gift can be delivered and confirmed. Use this channel only for matters relating to that giveaway. Never share your Steam password, account credentials, or payment details, and never agree to sell or trade a prize. Messages are private between the two people involved, but the developer team can review a conversation when it is reported or when an abuse investigation requires it.

Do not use either channel for spam, abuse, harassment, scams, or unrelated support requests — repeated misuse can result in the same enforcement actions as other Terms violations.

6b. News, games catalog and videos

The Service also includes editorial sections — a news feed, a games/free-games catalog, and promotional videos — maintained by the developer team. This content is provided for information only. Game descriptions, prices, artwork and metadata are sourced from Steam and other public sources and may be out of date or inaccurate; always confirm details on Steam before making a purchase decision. Free-game listings are subject to the terms of the third-party stores that offer them.

7. Winner obligations — 24 hour activation

If you win a giveaway, you must activate the prize on Steam (or otherwise claim it as instructed by the Creator) within 24 hours of being notified or of the key being made available to you, and confirm receipt on the giveaway page.

Failure to activate the prize within 24 hours — including failing to view the provided key, failing to mark the prize as received, or reselling, trading, or giving away the prize — may result in the prize being forfeited and reassigned to another entrant. Forfeited prizes are returned to the Creator for redistribution. Repeated or abusive behaviour will result in a permanent ban.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated means to enter giveaways or access the Service; (b) operate more than one account, or enter the same giveaway from multiple accounts; (c) attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with giveaway draws, entry requirements, or platform systems; (d) post or distribute invalid, stolen, beta, fraudulent, or already-redeemed keys; (e) harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Creators; (f) post spam, promotional content, or abusive comments; or (g) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

9. Warnings, suspensions and bans

Violations of these Terms may result in a tiered enforcement action: a warning (recorded on your account), a temporary suspension (timed ban from entering giveaways or using features), or a permanent ban (indefinite removal from the Service). The severity depends on the nature and frequency of the violation. Permanent bans are typically reserved for repeat offenders, fraud, or serious abuse.

10. Moderation & winner reassignment

A small team of developers/moderators may take administrative actions to keep the platform fair and to recover prizes that would otherwise be lost. After a giveaway has ended, moderators may:

• Redraw a random winner from the existing entries (for example, when the original winner forfeits, is banned, or fails to activate within 24 hours).
• Manually replace the winner with another eligible entrant where redrawing at random is not appropriate.

Every such action is recorded in an internal audit log (who acted, when, on which giveaway, and the previous and new winner) for transparency and abuse prevention. By using the Service, you acknowledge that winner status is not final until the prize has been activated and confirmed received.

11. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, from undelivered or invalid prizes, or from interactions with other users. Steam, the Steam logo, and game artwork are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

The Service may display advertising from Google AdSense and from third-party ad partners loaded inside sandboxed iframes on certain pages. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or destination of any third-party advertisement. Interacting with an ad is at your own risk and is governed by the advertiser's and ad partner's own terms and privacy practices.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you breach these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
